15) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai (non‑DIFC) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
16) Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds (UAE‑Compliant — No Refunds)
• Auto‑renewal. Monthly plans/retainers renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
• No refunds / no credits. All fees are strictly non‑refundable and non‑creditable, including for partial months, inactivity, change of mind, market conditions, or dissatisfaction with strategy/performance.
• Sole remedy (non‑monetary). If we materially fail to deliver the core deliverables of your plan despite your timely cooperation, your sole remedy is re‑performance or a reasonable service extension (at our discretion). No cash refunds or service credits will be provided unless required by law or a competent authority.
• Chargebacks. You agree to notify us first and allow reasonable time for re‑performance before initiating any chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of services.
• Disclosures. We display auto‑renewal terms and the total price (including taxes/fees) at checkout and issue an electronic invoice after each charge. Our name, legal status, address, licensing authority and key service information are shown on the Website/checkout, and Arabic information is available as required.
• Mandatory rights. Nothing in this Section affects non‑waivable statutory rights under UAE consumer‑protection legislation.

19) Regulatory Status & No Financial Promotions
Unless expressly stated in a signed engagement and subject to applicable licensing, SSP provides general business consultancy and educational content only and does not provide regulated financial services, investment deals, or securities promotions. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any signed engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Website and Services and supersede prior understandings.
